Price of construction consultancy contract

New provisions about a construction consultancy contract, which is promulgated by Ministry of Construction in Circular No. 08/2016/TT-BXD, will comes into force on May 01, 2016.

Accordingly, the price of a construction consultancy contract is determined as follows:
- The price of a construction survey consultancy contract consists of costs of materials, personnel, construction machinery, general costs, costs of camping, planning, survey reporting, travel of surveyors, estimated taxable income and VAT.
- The contract for consultancy on feasibility study report, construction design, and construction supervision consists of:
+ Costs of experts, materials, machinery, management, professional liability insurance, estimated taxable income and VAT.
+ Costs of completion of construction survey products after the meetings, and after having reports, inspection results, and approval.
+ Field survey costs.
+ Traveling costs during acceptance process requested by the investor.
+ Cost of designer's supervision (for construction design consultancy contract).
+ Relevant costs.
