LIST OF VIETNAM – WHO COOPERATION PROGRAM IS APPROVED

On March 17th 2016, the list of the Vietnam – WHO Cooperation Program in stage 2016 – 2017 is approved the Prime Minister.

According to the aforesaid Decision no. 417/QD-TTg, period for implementation, limits and source of capital of Vietnam – WHO Cooperation Program shall be specified as follows:
  • Period for implementation:  2016 – 2017;
  • Limits on project capital: USD 21,050,727. In which:
    • ODA grants: USD 20,778,000 (ensured capital: USD 11,136,487, and mobilized capital: USD 9,641,513);
    • Counterpart fund in cash: VND 6,000,000,000, equivalent to USD 272,727.
  • Domestic financial source and mechanism:
    • As for ODA: 100% provided by the state budget.
    • Counterpart fund in cash shall be self-arranged by the governing bodies as regulated by the Law on state budget.
Decision No. 417/QD-TTg shall take effect from the signing date.
