LISTING OF SECURITIES ON THE STOCK EXCHANGES

Provisions of listing of securities on the stock exchanges are promulgated by the Ministry of Finance in Circular 202/2015/TT-BTC in 18th December 2015.

Details are:
  • Conditions for listing securities are complied with Decision 58/2012/ND-CP stipulating in detail and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the securities Law and Decree No. 60/2015/ND-CP (amending Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP).
    •  Conditions for listing securities at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange are provided in Article 53 of Decree 58 (was amended by paragraph 15 of Article 1 of Decree 60)
    • Conditions for listing securities on the Hanoi Stock Exchange comply with the provisions of Article 54 of Decree 58.
  • Registration dossier for listed securities on the Stock Exchange shall comply with the provisions of Article 57 of Decree 58 and Clause 18, Article 1 of Decree 60. Details are:
    • Registration certificate of listed shares, bonds, and certificates of public funds, shares public investment securities company in the form prescribed in Annex 01(a), 01(b), 01(c), 01(d) attached to Circular 202/2015/TT-BTC.
    • Transparency Report form as provided in Annex No.02, 03 and 04 attached to Circular 202/2015/TT-BTC.
