PROPOSE 29 VERDICTS, DECISIONS FOR SYSTEM OF VIETNAMESE PRECEDENT

In the second quarter of 2016, Vietnamese Supreme People’s Court will issue the first set precedent including 29 judgments and decisions.

  1. Cassation decisions no. 11/2010/HS-GDT dated in 4th May 2010 of the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court on the criminal case about the accused – Hua Quan Timmy was sentenced on charges of “Organizing gambling”.
  2. Cassation decisions no. 06/2013/HS-GDT dated in 14th March 2013 of the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court on the criminal case about the accused – Ngo Quang Chuong was sentenced on charges of “Murder”.
  3. Cassation decisions no. 07/2013/HS-GDT dated in 10th June 2013 of the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court on the criminal case about “Circulating counterfeit money, treasury bills and/or bonds”.
