LIMITATION, PRUDENTIAL RATIO OF PEOPLE’S CREDIT FUNDS

Regulations of limitation, prudential ratio of people’s credit funds are provide by Vietnamese State Bank in Circular 32/2015/TT-NHNN on December 31st 2015.

Accordingly, people’s credit funds shall not loan which are not guaranteed or with preferential conditions for the following subjects:
  • Member of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, directors, deputy directors and chief accountants of people’s credit funds.
  • Organization of the audit, the auditors are auditing and inspection inspectors at people’s credit funds.
  • Enterprises are one of the subjects specified in clause owning over 10% of the charter capital of those enterprises.
  • Persons who are entitled to examine and  approval of the loan of the people’s credit funds.
