Eurowindow participates in Vietnam coastal resort market

Due to the improvement of the infrastructure of coastal cities from Hai Phong to HCMC without tariff barriers, Eurowindow is participating in Vietnam coastal resort market with large projects.

In recent years, this type of real estate has become one of the most attractive sectors day by day with both of the domestic and international investors. Vietnam market has appeared many large-scale real estate projects of resort, which is invested in sync by the giants of the real estate business.
According to a statement of Vietnam CBRE, in Northern area of Vietnam, we can mention six major projects which are deployed primarily in Sapa and Ha Long such as Mercure Sapa Resort, Resort Thung lung Vang, Lotus Residence, Newlife Project, Halong Marina and FLC Samson. In the Middle area of Vietnam, there are up to 42 resort projects, primarily in Da Nang and Nha Trang and  in the southern area of Vietnam, Vinpearl Premium Villas, Blue Sapphire Resort, Sea Star Suite and Six Senses Con Dao are built.
In 2016, another giant, Eurowindow, takes part in the race with Mövenpick Cam Ranh Resort and Radisson Blue Cam Ranh.
The project is built on a total area of 35 hectares with investment capital up to VND 2,000 billion.
This is one of the typical projects in the overall plan bringing the North area of Cam Ranh to become the national main tourist destinations.
In advance, Eurowindow Holding are well-known with brand “Eurowindow”, Melinh Plaza and some real estate project in Vietnam and Russia.
Nowaday, coastal resorts is becoming a highly profitable and attractive investment sector in Vietnam. Some experts said that this might be the appropriate time for launching real estate projects of coastal resort due to conditions such as macroeconomic stability, policies, transport infrastructure system, provision of Vietnameselaw which permits foreigners to own houses in Vietnam and so on.
