VIETNAMESE CUISINE – HOW TO COOK PHO?
Phở or Pho is the symbol of Vietnamese cuisine consisting of broth, linguine-shaped rice noodles, herbs, and meat (beef or chicken).
If have a chance to discover Vietnam, you should enjoy Pho which is very delicious and sold in everywhere from early morning to late night.
Pho was created from the early 20th century in northern Vietnam, and was popularized throughout the rest of the world by refugees after the Vietnam War.
However, depending on local materials, there are some differences among Vietnam’s areas.
