7 Vietnamese Laws are passed in the 13th parliamentary session

From April 5th to 9th 2016, the 13th session of Vietnamese National Assembly passed seven important Vietnamese Laws.

List of drafts of Laws which are passed includes:
1. Press Law will takes effect from January 1st 2017;
2. Law on Access to information will come into force from July 1st 2018;
3. Pharmaceutical Law (Amended) will come into force from January 1st 2017;
4. Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Value Added Tax, Law on Excise Tax and the Law on Tax Administration will take effect from July 1st 2016 (Clause 4, Article 3 of this Law will take effect from September 1st 2016);
5. Law on Export and import (Amended) will come into force in September 1st 2016.
6. Law on Children (Amended) will takes effect from June 1st 2017.
7. Law on International Treaties (also known as Law signing, joining and implementing international treaties (Amended) will be offered to pass in April 9th 2016.
